    We are currently looking for a Service Engineer to join a leading Global medical tech firm, with a legacy of over 70 years internationally. This role requires your urgent attention.

    • Reporting to: Service Manager
    • Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
    • Team size: 7
    • Mode of work: Hybrid

    the role

    • Providing service and support to Clients from site survey and installation, through repairs, upgrades, remote support and maintenance to relocation and decommissioning.
    • Taking care of all technical aspects relating to the product before and after sales.
    • Ensuring that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
    • Travelling within the Malaysia for work

    the experience

    • 2-3 years' experience in Medical Equipment technical support, computer and IT knowledge
    • PC knowledge to troubleshoot and repair PC
    • Knowledge in computer hardware, operating system and disk backup software, IT and networking
    • Great analytical skills with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and team work
    • Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding all aspects of the business/products
