about the job
Perform pre and after sales service / surveys to customers by providing; steam trap survey, commissioning, trouble shooting, repairing and assembling service for wide range of products. Key Tasks include:-
- On site and in house repair and service of mechanical and electronic-based products of the company’s product range.
- Ensure that field activities such as servicing, customer visits, steam trap surveys, plant audits, steam quality testing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning are properly planned, organised, and executed to achieve maximum productivity and effectiveness.
- Help customers optimise their steam systems in term of sustainability.
- Determine the improvements required, to bring about a high level of productivity and efficiency.
skill and experience required
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Excellent technical and engineering knowledge and able to performance calculation and product / system sizing.
- Computer ability in Auto CAD or SolidWorks program will be an advantage.
