They are looking for a talented Service Engineer to be based in their Selangor office as part of their growth strategy.

about the job

• Oversee daily operational matters to maintain an efficient repair center
• Resolve technical issues faced by domestic and overseas customers in Asia. Collaborate with colleagues in both headquarteres and Asia as needed to ensure generators run smoothly at customer locations
• Conduct generator repairs at the repair center, emphasizing time, cost and quality balance to meet output targets
• Maintain and optimize the repair center's test equipment for daily efficiency
• Perform testing, installation, repair and customer training at customer sites in Southeast Asia to ensure the proper functioning of installed generators

skills and experiences

• Minimum 3 years experience in electronics or related areas is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in electrical, electronics, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge in electronic logic circuits for plasma generators, electrical schematics, and the functionality of components is required
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, technical processes, and the application of plasma generators in the solar industry is necessary. Knowledge of Low-E and semiconductor industries is a bonus
• Willingness to engage in frequent business travel on an irregular basis is required
