About The Company

Our client is a technology based BFSI company currently setting up a global share service centre (COE) in Malaysia that will provide all infrastructure services to their sites across Asia

Duties

  • You have to ensure delivery of all IT infrastructure services supplied us will be properly
  • Manage and ensure effective governance including Executive, Management, Operational and Finance Governance’s
  • Ensure Project Delivery for key programs is executed as per expectation.
  • Target Letter Reporting for the Region, including Financial Reporting and Transformation Updates
  • Engage in scope expansion for the Region (including moving to managed services as part of the Transformation Journey
  • Identify areas for service improvement and ensure suitable plans are defined by the service provider
  • Engage relevant teams during a Major Incident to ensure the right level of support is available

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years IT experience atleast 4 years of Service Management experience
  • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure topics
  • Exposure on a regional scope
  • Strong communicator, team player and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Understanding of security and data compliance requirements, knowledge of ISO 27002
  • Good understanding of financial mechanics and billing
  • University degree or post graduate degree level
