- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Manage the hiring, staffing, training, and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce to support the service team.
- Manage and guide service engineers and technicians.
- Determine necessary resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish while considering budgetary constraints.
- Plan all service operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate in the company's ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
- Prepare monthly management meeting reports/presentations for the service division.
- Achieve the company's annual service target.
*Full working hours from Monday to Friday and half day on Saturdays.
skills/requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical, HVAC or any relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning principles, components, and systems.
- Proven experience in managing and developing a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure efficient service operations.
- Ability to manage resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
