about the job
- Collaborate with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and proposing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Design ServiceNow modules and other ITSM processes based on business requirements
- Working with technical team, to deliver implementation of ServiceNow platform
skills and experience required
- Strong technical understanding and implementation skills of ServiceNow platform and ITSM
- Preferred end-to-end implementation experience in ServiceNow platforms
- CAD certifications(Certified Application Developer) is huge advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
