about the role
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and precise delivery of project outputs by executing technical solutions based on functional and technical designs, as well as providing coaching and guidance to junior developers to steer them in the right direction as set by the team lead. You will also be involved in solutioning sessions with the team by providing input and suggestions.

- involved in project/features implementation throughout all phases of the SDLC
- providing constructive input and solutions to the team through solutioning sessions
- carrying out continuous improvement on existing systems
- preparing technical documentations when required
- constantly communicating with senior developers to ensure all requirements are met
- to assist junior team members so that the expected productivity and quality can be met
- undertaking related adhoc functions and duties as and when required
knowledge, skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 2-5 years of software development experience on C# application
- strong knowledge of Microsoft stack such as .Net framework, SQL Server, Angular
- good understanding of Entity Framework and RESTful services
- good knowledge of OOP
- development experience in agile environment
- having a github profile or anything similar to showcase your tech stack is an advantage
- initiative and proactive
- keen to learn attitude and a team player
- good communication skills to liaise with their international counterparts
