Job Responsibilities:
• Manage service escalations on the site(s), working with all relevant teams to resolve
• May have some technical leadership components but role is predominantly (50%+) business
operations activities

• Providing appropriate level 1 and level 2 walk-up IT support to the business
• Equipment setup for town halls & other large meetings
• Computer room maintenance
• Server maintenance/installations
• Incident /request/change management
• Processing starters and leavers, incl. delivering new user induction classes
• Process and documentation creation and maintenance
• Managing or acting as a resource for locally and centrally driven IT projects
• IT Peripherals procurement and inventory management
Qualifications:
• Service mind, open mind and results-orie• Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), Computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure support and IT service mgmt. or similar
• Experience dealing with people/customers at different levels of the business. Good broad
understanding of infrastructure technology.
• Knowledge in LAN, WAN, software and hardware for computer, printer, fax, and other devices.
• Knowledge in Windows Client, Windows Server, MS office, Microsoft Teamsnted
• Standalone with high responsibility
• Good for English communication and able to work in international team.
• Good interpersonal skill with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and work as a team.
