About The Role

You will be responsible for providing guidance to business when it comes to advising and interpreting policies and controls related to Credit Risk. The employer is looking for a Risk Professional that possess excellent communication, strong leadership qualities and people's skill to support the strategic expansion business mainly focused in Credit Risk. You will be reporting straight to Head Of Department.


  • You will be conducting and/or review the Credit Risk assessment through implementation of tools, suggest recommendation for risk mitigation and follow upon the status of action plan to ensure the identified risk is assessed, evaluated, managed and reported
  • You will be working with other credit functional department implementation, facilitating the design and review of credit evaluation
  • You will be promoting a prudent risk management culture and practise, to safe guard the banks interest while facilitating healthy business growth and to ensure compliance with the Bank's risk appetite.
  • You will review and ensure credit risk framework, the associated policies and procedures are effectively embedded and communicated
  • You will be the point of contact and/or reference for embedded credit risk function within business

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or other professional qualifications.
  • More than 5 years working experience in the field of Credit Risk preferably in the financial industry.
  • Candidates with experience in credit initiation, credit evaluation and credit recovery
