the role
- You will be responsible for providing monthly sales forecasts, achieving sales budgets, and ensuring consistent attendance at assigned meetings within your product portfolio and sales territory.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, formulate account strategies, and run territory action plans to maximize revenue potential.
- Engage in a variety of sales and marketing activities, provide support for trade shows, workshops, and other events to boost customer engagement and product awareness.
- Conduct regular in-service sessions and compelling product presentations to educate and support customers.
- Foster long-lasting customer relationships, building trust and credibility that positions us as the preferred business partner.
the experience
- A bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of medical device sales experience is essential.Relevant experience in the Orthopedics portfolio is highly advantageous.
- Practical scrub experience in the operating room (OR) is a must.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
