about the job

  • In-depth knowledge of software design and implementation and web development experience using Microsoft Technologies (.Net) in web-based application environment.
  • Manage & execute the development, design & implementation of new applications & changes to existing application & software packages.
  • Ensures appropriate procedures & processes are followed when it comes to software development.
  • Build & deliver software using standard framework and design patterns.
  • Develop scalable real-time low-latency processing solutions in an agile delivery method
  • Brainstorm and suggest design solutions based on user/product requirements
  • Contribute towards an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture



requirements

  • Software development manager must have excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Must also be familiar with a variety of programming languages, codes & processes.
  • Must possess exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to assess quickly complex programming applications.
  • Technology may require software development managers to keep up to date with the latest development software.
