about the job

You are responsible for the several aspects of in order to accelerate sales and adoption in each target market, primary sales and services, business development and marketing Cyber Security products. You are to act as a technical evangelist for marketing activities including speaking/ presenting engagements at user groups, webinars etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for uncovering details of business problems and objectives that the customer has and closely analyse the customer requirements
  • Provide specific presentation that meets clients’ requirements
  • Analyse & gather business requirement from large & complexity client environment and perform required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements
  • Develop overall solutions including high-level design, assisting in completing technical details within proposals, statements of work (SOW), service design and bills of materials (BOM)
  • Maintain a high-level of competitive product and licensing knowledge of security product vendors
  • Provide onsite customer presales support and attend vendor events when required
  • Develop and maintain product vendor relationships in an effort to identify new business opportunities and sales engagements and assisting in business planning as well as driving forward programmatic initiatives

skills & experience required

  • 5+ years or equivalent experience in selling cyber security products/services, consulting or professional services
  • Advanced-level Partner Sales and Technical Certifications required. CISSP or CISM preferred
  • Strong IT Industry business acumen
  • Ability to demonstrate strong management skills including risk management, financial management and change management
  • Documented successful sales of enterprise-wide advanced technology cyber security solutions with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals by a consultative/solution selling approach
  • Adequate knowledge of software or licensing terminology and system
  • Ability to work effectively within a virtual team and drive results in a fast paced and matrix organization
