Our client is a leading oil and gas company. This role is to be based at their global HR Shared Services located at Bangsar South.

about the role

HR data administration, Informatics, Reporting and Audits

  • Ensure all HRIS operations within designation are accurately and timely processed within the agreed SLAs, also adhering to the statutory requirements and company guidelines.
  • Track and analyse trends, deliver monthly operations reports, manage team resources and vendor performance to achieve HRIS service performance.
  • Design and implement business continuity plan in managing risks to ensure operation sustainability in meeting the agreed performance standards in accordance with service level agreement, legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Manage internal and external audits and spot checks to ensure HRIS deliveries are accurate, timely and compliance with legislations and business policies.

HRIS system management

  • Manage team involvements in user acceptance testing in system maintenance and upgrade of
  • multiple system processors in payroll cycles, including time management system (Oracle OTL),
  • people data system (Oracle), payroll system (SAP), ticket management system (Service Now &
  • Sharepoint) and data exchange server (Biztalk).
  • Second back up approver for the change requests in payroll vendor system to monitor costs and
  • potential impacts to H2R operations.
