about the role
They are currently looking for a SSC Payroll Leader to join their growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across multiple countries within the region. This role is newly created to enhance payroll efficiency, standardise processes, and ensure compliance with regional regulations. The Payroll Leader will drive continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as the key point of contact for all payroll-related matters within the region.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the Global SSC Head in China, working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 10 years of experience in payroll management, with regional or global experience preferred. You have strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements across the region. You have proficiency in payroll software and systems, with experience in WorkDay systems being an advantage.
