    Reporting to the Area Manager.
    Managing a team of Assistant Manager, Sales Advisor.

    • implement action plans to achieve sales target and P&L, define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved
    • analyse the results, verify daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearlyassessments
    • attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage customers
    • manage inventory activities, supervise warehouse stock on hand and maximise sales opportunity
    • keep relevant with market and fashion trends and communicate the info to the staff and HQ
    • demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
    • manage individual appraisal interview include create development plans for sales staff and management


    skills and experience required

    • minimum 5 years of store management experience within luxury fashion retail/global fast fashion brands
    • experienced in managing a team of >5
    • excellent numerical and analytic skills and business acumen
    • a strong communicator, high adaptability
