- Nurturing Strong Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with our financial institution (FI) clients, including e-wallets and commercial banks. Understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals in the payment, marketing, and user growth solutions space.
- Growth Strategy for Multiple Solutions: Work with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our existing FI client base. Analyze client portfolios carefully to find areas for growth and develop customized solutions in payments and marketing.
- Presenting Innovative Solutions: Create engaging presentations, product demos, and proposals for FI clients, highlighting the exceptional value of our integrated payment and marketing solutions.
- Tailored Assessment of Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of each FI client's needs, diving into their specific payment processing requirements, marketing goals, compliance needs, and technological preferences.
- Collaborative Contract Negotiations: Lead collaborative contract negotiations with FI clients, ensuring terms that benefit both parties while adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Offer top-notch customer support to FI clients, conducting regular reviews, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Staying Informed and Providing Expertise: Stay updated on developments in the payment and marketing industry, including technologies, regulations, and competitor dynamics. Utilize this knowledge to offer strategic advice to FI clients.
- Excelling in Revenue Forecasting: Monitor and analyze account performance, payment volumes, marketing campaign success, and revenue trends for each FI client. Provide accurate updates and revenue forecasts to the management team.
- Resolution-Focused Problem Solving: Collaborate effectively with internal teams like Product and Tech to proactively resolve any client concerns or technical challenges.
- Leveraging CRM for Efficiency: Utilize our CRM system to maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales efforts, and progress. This data-driven approach enables informed decision-making.
about the requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Banking/ Business Admin or any other relevant.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, 2 years in financial services / fintech industry preferable.
- Thorough understanding of payment systems, modern marketing tech, and compliance rules for financial institutions.
- Proven success in business growth and surpassing sales goals in various solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with financial institution clients.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into valuable insights in payments and marketing.
- Self-driven and proactive, excelling in building relationships and solving problems.
- Team player, working well with internal teams collaboratively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from mainland China.
