about the company

One of the most established engineering consultancy in Klang Valley. They are very well known for their innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments. Aimed to be the top consultancy in Malaysia and the team here will have the opportunity to be exposed to multiple regional projects out of the country, mostly SEA region.

about the role

You will be part of the leadership team whereby you will manage a few direct reports within the C&S team supporting mainly overseas projects You are expected to prepare design calculations and specifications, research investigations, report preparation. Main role also includes liaising with clients, statutory authorities and other consultants so good communication and interpersonal skills are very important. You will also be involved with day to day design work.

about the team/ manager

Reporting to the Country Head who is very experienced in the industry. He is looking to expand the team locally to build their presence in Malaysia. Currently with a headcount of 20.

skills & experience required

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Years of experience in similiar consultancy background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structural design experience is an added advantage
