As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the following

- Coordinate and manage procurement, production planning & control, warehouse, and logistics departments.
- Manage plant inventory to align with budgetary constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication during delivery challenges.
- Oversee budgeting for the entire logistics team, encompassing inbound and outbound transportation.
- Collaborate with forwarders to control costs effectively.
- Coach and support team members in improvement projects.
- Ensure seamless customer order fulfillment.
- Work closely with suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
- Demonstrate adaptability in handling complex situations and devising solutions.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes through SAP.
- Guarantee subordinate compliance with operational regulations and statutory requirements.
skill/experience
- At least 5-10 years of managerial experience in Supply Chain
- Possess strong warehouse, logistics, production planning and customer engagement experience
- Proficient in SAP software is a must
- Ability to communicate and liaise closely with China stakeholders
- Strong background in light manufacturing industries
