You will be joining a global trading & distributions company who are pioneers in the FMCG/retail markets. In line with their growth plans, they are looking for a talented Supply Planner with relevant years of expertise to add value to the team.
duties and responsibility:

- Collaborate with the demand planner to optimize inventory and asset utilization.
- Develop and execute the supply plan, focusing on priority setting and strategies to reduce out-of-stock and over-stock situations.
- Manage shipments from global suppliers, considering the forecasted demand for their products
- Responsible for providing rolling forecasts and efficiently manage and coordinate purchases with brand companies on a monthly replenishment cycle.
- Provide bi-monthly reports on purchases and shipment status, along with projections of supply risks or opportunities, and suggest action plans.
- Contribute to inventory planning through estimates, rolling forecasts, and annual processes.
- Lead inventory planning meetings to be aligned with internal teams ie. Commercial Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse
skill/experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Replenishment and Inventory Management
- Industry experience in FMCG / retail is a MUST
- Proficient in SAP, ERP and or Power BI tool
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
