• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities in the mall
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all building-related maintenance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and support for sustainability initiatives
• Lead the building services team to ensure maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, energy management, and regulatory compliance, keeping the mall a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible space for customers, tenants, and staff
• Liaise and build rapport with vendors and suppliers, making sure that the parties involved deliver high quality services at the right cost
• Lead the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, driving sustainable practices throughout the mall’s operations
• Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, monitor consumption, and lead waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
• Liaise with TNB, DOSH, JKKP, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and other regulatory bodies on approvals, registration/certifications, utility services, and compliance issues, ensuring statutory compliance to applicable laws
• Prepare budget for operational expenses and capital expenses

skills and experience required

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Property/Real Estate Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience in facilities management & building operations management
• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and ESG principles
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
