    You will be working with the world's top biotechnology company that designs, manufactures, and supplies the world's best hearing aid devices. They currrently hold over two-thirds of the worldwide hearing implant market, with more than 250,000 people receiving one of their products. They have also received one of the world's most innovative companies award by Forbes. Based in Sydney, they are earning roughly $ 1.2 billion each year, currently have around 4,000 employees with strong market presence in 20 countries globally.

    They are currently expanding their SAP team which is based in Bangsar. They have an interesting project where they are currently embarking with Workday to replace their Oracle EBS - HRMS System.

    about the job

    • you will have to ensure that Workday Users are benefitting as intended from the HRM Applications
    • implementation is done in a way that maximises the utility and supportability of the system
    • understand relevant business processes
    • communicate clearly with customers in Cochlear and other internal stakeholders
    • conduct complex trouble shooting
    • develop an understanding of integration technologies



    about the manager/team
    You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with Key Business Users, other Functional & Technical Consultants with aim to improve current system with better workflow


    about the requirements

    • minimum 4 years of working experience supporting any HR systems preferable Workday / Oracle EBS - HRMS System
    • Hands-on experience in functional implementation / configuration in one or more module of any HR systems preferable Workday (at least 1 end to end full cycle implementation would be an added advantage

    about the salary & benefits

    • Only for MALAYSIAN
    • up to RM 15,000 (consultant / analyst) depends on experiences and skills

    1. Monthly fixed bonuses of 1.5 of your monthly basic salary
    2. AL starts with 15 days and increases based on years of service
