about the job
- Working with BAU team based in Singapore and globally to support internal IT infrastructure, to debug, troubleshoot, deploy, monitor and maintain the servers
- Be a part of projects that are key to the backbone and running of the IT infrastructure
- Traveling occasionally to Singapore and to other plants in other states within Malaysia to support any IT infrastructure related issue
about the manager/team
You will report to the manager based in Singapore, who is well versed in IT infrastructure, and promotes a very healthy and positive working culture within the organization
skills and experience required
- Strong experience in Windows IT infrastructure(on-premise)
- Experience in virtualization/VMware technologies
- Experience in public(Microsoft Azure) or private cloud is advantageous
- Experience in Solarwind is advantageous
- Good communication skills
