• Conduct reference checks, help administer new hire paperwork and support on-boarding when necessary.
• Recruiting for a variety of roles across the retail department from entry to senior level appointments across a wide range of business areas.
• Managing end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting, recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline.
• Building strong partnering relationships within the People team and Hiring Managers across the business at all levels, with external suppliers and agencies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Directors.

about the manager/team
You will report directly to the HR Manager in overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives. You will receive exposure to drive HR initiatives and work with various stakeholders.


skills & experience required
You are able to work with one of the fast moving and global growing organizations.

• Requires 3-5 years of recruiting experience (especially in retails and FMCG Industry), Human Resources experience, or a combination of both.
• Possess communication skills - read and write.
• Able to work independently as well as be a team player when required.
• A combination of internal and agency/executive search experience is preferred.
• Willing to travel.
