about the role

With their growing operation, they are currently looking for a talent acquisition specialist to lead and support the growth of their teams in Malaysia. You will be driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy, partnering with business leaders to deeply understand their needs, leverage talent trends, recruitment data and best practices to identify opportunities, influence decisions and improve hiring effectiveness etc; and related HRDF assignments in order to enhance candidate’sexperience to deliver the top notch onboarding experience for candidates.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, either with an agency or in house environment. You have a proven track record of high fill rate for critical and executive positions. You are a strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who is able to work seamlessly across cultures, and organizational units. Is that you?
