  • Experienced at design and implementation of people frameworks involving complex change management
  • A solid presenter and structured in thought process and execution
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of internal, Group, and external stakeholders
  • Work in an ambiguous and uncertain environment, is resourceful, and enjoy problem-solving
  • Self-driven, able to work independently, eager to learn and experiment and take full ownership of own portfolio

Some of the incumbent's key accountabilities include:

  • drive a culture of performance and development across the organization through the effective implementation of companies continuous “People Dialogue” framework.
  • Drive the talent development process for centrally managed talent pools of leaders and young talents. This includes annual reviews / “People Forums” with top management and follows up activities and interventions throughout the year, delivered in collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Manage the companies succession planning process and bench strength for CXO and CXO-1 leadership positions
  • Give input on leadership development needs and prioritization of development programs to be delivered through global and local Learning & Development teams
  • Collaborate effectively with the Group stakeholders in Group People, Asia Hub, and other Business Units, making the most of global resources and contributing through knowledge sharing
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners to design and drive targeted talent interventions, as and when required

skills & experience required

  • While a Bachelor’s degree in any field will suffice, educational background in HR, Organisational Behaviour/Development, Psychology or related fields is a preference.
  • 7+ years of total experience in a fast-paced environment, of which core talent management experience must be a minimum of 3 years and the rest may be in related fields. A mix of corporate and consultancy experience is ideal.
  • Ability to apply thought leadership across the organization and motivate/coach others in the team or cross-functional team
