about the role
They are currently looking for a Talent Management & Learning Specialist to join their growing team. Your main responsibility is to lead and co-lead people related initiatives at the corporate level specifically in talent management and learning & development. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- succession management and managing high potentials
- employee engagement and retention strategies
- research, design, development and delivery of learning and development interventions aligned to the company’s competencies
- close partnership with all business leaders and collaborative working approach
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will be an individual contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience in talent management and sucession management. You have good and up to date understanding of general principles in HR management, experience in managing employee engagement initiatives, training, coaching and mentoring.
