They are currently looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join the team in response to their growth. You will be focusing on Learning & Development, Performance Management & Talent Management. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop engaging training materials, including online courses, workshops, and in-person sessions.
- Work with managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies for hiring and retaining employees.
- Implement career development plans, succession planning, and mentorship programs.
- Help develop and implement processes for setting goals, giving feedback, and evaluating performance.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
