Provide mentorship and technical guidance to software developers in a C# .Net environment, creating an atmosphere that encourages continuous improvement.
Engage actively in the design and development of software architecture, providing input and innovative solutions.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, to effectively explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies, working seamlessly with team members and cross-functional teams.

skills and expereiences required :

Atleast 7 years of hands on experience in developing and coding scalable systems. using .Net, C#
Atleast 2 years in leading teams or in mentorship roles
Familiarity in working using cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
Possesses a solid understanding of SOLID and Clean Code principles.
Hands on experience in work with web-based technologies, including C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, MVC, HTML5.
Professional experience in unit testing
Strong understanding of SQL and SQL Server
Demonstrate a robust software development background, encompassing design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development (TDD).
Have proven expertise in constructing highly efficient, scalable, and dependable solutions utilizing AWS/Azure, such as serverless architectures, data processing pipelines, and API gateways.
Familiarity with working using agile methodologie

additional skills and experiences that are a great to have:

Experience in working in Fintech Industry
Experience in developing and coding using modern frontend frameworks such as Angular/ React
