• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for open positions
• Match candidates to open positions and facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including feedback on their applications, interview preparation, and post-offer negotiations
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for our clients
