We are looking for Technical Global Support L2 specialised in the product based company for one of the top B2B cloud computing companies in the world with offices across more than 50 countries.

  • Reporting to: Technical Manager
  • Company Size: 30
  • Regions covered: Malaysia

  • Troubleshoot platform related issues.
  • Provide solutions and alternative approaches, negotiating with customers the best ways to overcome issues.
  • Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Bridge with R&D issues and defect priorities to be a part of our product’s continuous improvement process.
  • Interact with many different people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures, both internally and with customers.

skill/experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other related technology degrees such as Bachelor of Computer Science.
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in supporting and low code product cloud based product.
  • Proven ability of strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to deconstruct problems
  • Excellent presentation skills (fluency in English)and supporting B2B clients across the world remotely.
  • Preferable technical requirements include experience in troubleshooting Enterprise application Servers, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL is a plus), Network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP and SSH, Security.
  • Good to have: Programming loanguage such as Java, Javascript, C#.Net, SOAP Web services, CSS, HTML.
