The position entails the responsibilities for bridging the gap between the business and technical aspects of their product. You are responsible for defining the technical features and requirements of a product, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and payment partners to build the APIs, integrations, and partnerships that powers the core product functions
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise technical product requirements
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technical product roadmap that outlines the features, enhancements, and technical initiatives to be delivered over time
Prioritisation: Prioritise technical tasks and features based on business value, market demand, and development constraints
Development Team Support: Work closely with the development team, providing clarifications, answering questions, and ensuring they have a clear understanding of the technical requirements
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritise the technical product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most current priorities and requirements
Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the development team understand and commit to the technical work for each sprint
Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and the development team to iterate on and improve the product
Release Planning: Collaborate with the development team to plan and coordinate product releases, including deployment and post-launch support.

skills & experience required

At least 3 years of professional experience in product development
Good domain-level understanding of the payments industry
Experience with backend services, APIs, and microservice architecture

Experience in Agile development processes
