Provide after sales service and technical support to customers, by attending to day-to-day inquiries, large quotes (bulk) and orders.
Cooperate with relevant departments both in-house and in HQ to ensure the technical validity of quotes and orders.
Ensure tasks related to sales process, is followed, including related administrative task.
Gather technical documentation from engine builders/customers to ensure correct spare parts are quoted/offered.
Ensure technical data/information for assigned customers/vessels are up-to-date in the systems.
Build and maintain optimal relations with customers, HQ and IGC

job requirements

Degree in engineering or relevant technical Diploma with related working experience
Knowledge of 2 and 4 stroke engine
Experience in the marine/shipping industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP knowledge would be a plus
Ability to work independently as well as participate and work as part of a team
