Product Offering Management:
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their application needs relative to the product offerings.
- Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitive forces and their products to effectively position PDU products and highlight their value.
- Pricing Strategy: Set appropriate pricing for products and accessories to drive growth within the product segment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage product and pricing information in the system, and analyze and report on product financial performance.
- Business Case Development: Create business cases for new market product requirements.
- Growth Strategy: Develop strategies for product growth and profitability, planning for market introduction.
- Regional Representation: Represent the region in Line of Business (LOB) meetings.
- VCM Management: Oversee and manage Value Chain Management (VCM) initiatives.
- Agency Approvals: Handle any necessary local agency approvals.
- Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and management of technical documentation.
- NPDI Process Management: Manage the New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) gate process for the region.
- NPI Transition: Prepare New Product Introduction (NPI) documentation and oversee the transition from existing to new products.
- Expert Presentations: Deliver technical presentations as a product expert to key customers and consultants.
Product Marketing Management:
- New Product Launch Support: Assist with the internal and external launch of new AC Power products and support new product promotional activities.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer demand generation programs.
- Sales Enablement: Support both internal and channel sales teams.
- Business Case Assistance: Aid the Offering Manager in developing business cases for new market requirements.
- Product Positioning: Contribute to VCM initiatives by ensuring the right product mix and positioning in the AC Power sector.
- Technical Presentations: Provide expert technical presentations on AC Power solutions to key customers and consultants.
job requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AC Power UPS/Integrated Power Train solutions.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in UPS/Generators, product sales, and marketing.
- Skills: Extensive experience in system design, technical/product marketing, and customer-facing roles with a focus on exceeding technical system and solution demands.
