about the team:

You will be managing a team of 5 people compose of service engineer, admin and sales engineers. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
duties and responsibility:
- Manage the valve servicing team, providing coaching, guidance, and training as needed for them to perform the valve servicing job
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals
- Manage the sales process, from identifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and other sales-related reports
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and develop competitive strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products and services meet customer needs and expectations
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate leads
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
skill/experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in valve servicing sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing a team of sales and service team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
