In this role, you will lead a team of solution architects. You will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of web and mobile applications using Agile principles and methodologies. This position requires significant expertise in building and deploying cloud-based web and mobile applications, as well as managing intricate connections between cloud platforms and older systems.

Developing architecture standards and frameworks that support the organization's technology roadmap and compliance standards for digital and technology solutions.
Aligning enterprise architecture with the overall business strategy, encompassing various domains such as business architecture, data and database architecture, application/solution architecture, technology architecture, security architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
Establishing and enforcing standards and best practices for solutions development, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's technology infrastructure.
Implementing secure software development practices to meet security and compliance requirements, including access controls, vulnerability monitoring, secure data handling, coding practices, and automated security testing.
Continuously improving applications based on customer, business, and technical feedback, working closely with the product team and following Agile principles and SCRUM methodology.

skills and experiences required:

Atleast 7 years of experience in developing and coding .NET Core and C#
Hands on expereinces in working with cloud technologies such as Azure or Cloud
Strong understanding in SQL
Strong familiarity with Continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), containerization (Docker), Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Hands on experiences in web application development technologies and/or enterprise architecture implementation.
Working experience in designing and architecturing solutions and dealing with large scale and complex systems.
Extensive track record and expertise in designing and implementing SOA and microservices with complex system integrations.
Knowledge and experience in implementing security measures throughout the web and mobile application development process.
Experience in engaging with stakeholders at various levels within an organization, including business executives, technical teams, and vendors.
Experience in leading and managing high-performance teams, cross-functional teams, and delivering successful projects
