about the job

The position involved support in the first or second level and preferable someone that have experience or exposure in SDLC


about the manager/team

Being in this team, you will get to interact with many different people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures, both internally and with customers

key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot platform related issues.
  • Use logging and troubleshooting tools to identify performance bottlenecks and performing root cause analysis.
  • Bridge with R&D issues and defect priorities in order to be a part of our product’s continuous improvement process

skills and experience required

  • Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in SDLC
  • Knowledge related to troubleshooting performance issues and identifying performance bottlenecks.
  • Candidate with any software development or application support experience is encouraged to apply, regardless of any programming language as technical training will be provided.
