the role
- Set up and operate converting equipment to produce medical packaging products, adhering to established procedures and specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Properly install, align, and clean dies, punches, and other equipment, contributing to machine efficiency and longevity.
- Accurately complete daily and weekly production and labor reports, providing essential data for analysis and improvement.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following 5S principles, participating in audits, and implementing corrective actions.
the experience
- 1 - 5 years of experience in operating packaging machinery or printing machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and operate machines effectively.
- High level of accuracy and precision in tasks, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
