Resolve Tenant Issues and Facilitate Communication: Address escalated tenant disputes related to sales and services, and serve as the main point of contact between tenants and relevant departments within the company.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work with the Sales Promotion department to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives and overall business goals, while also planning and developing events, activities, and campaigns.
Prepare and Analyze Reports: Generate and analyze monthly sales, credit reports, and relevant statistics for management review, and conduct monthly sales report meetings with managers and staff.
Support Tenant Business Models and Performance: Understand tenants' business models to provide operational support and intelligence, identify opportunities for sales and service enhancement, and make recommendations for contract extensions or terminations.
Develop Procedures and Compliance Standards: Create standard operating procedures for quick tenant issue resolution and ensure contract and operational compliance to meet business and customer expectations.
skills and experienced required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in the mall industry, specifically in marketing, merchandising, or tenancy-related fields
