Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and oversee the application of standard engineering techniques on multidisciplinary control projects under the guidance of Product Managers.
Software Development: Contribute to the creation of both standard and custom software, specifying required advanced features and managing project timelines.
Control Systems Design: Assist in the specification, design, and layout of control systems for Asia Thermal Management Products.
System Review: Support the review and development of Thermal Management control systems, including design, control panels, and electrical schematics.
Documentation: Read, interpret, and create various engineering documents such as Control Drawings, Sequence of Operations, Interface Requirements, and Functional Specifications.
Technical Support: Develop technical documentation to aid local and field teams in Asia with Control & Monitoring applications.
Training & Commissioning: Provide training, as well as startup and commissioning guides for Control & Monitoring systems.
Remote Troubleshooting: Connect control units via the Internet, modems, and other communication methods for remote troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
IT Coordination: Align Ethernet and IT requirements for Thermal Control systems with internal IT operations.
Protocol Support: Assist with interface issues related to multiple communication protocols such as SNMP, BACnet, and Modbus, and utilize troubleshooting tools/software.
Marketing Assistance: Support marketing efforts by preparing materials related to Asia Thermal Control and Monitoring.
Field Support: Travel to various countries in the region to provide field support when needed (subject to international travel restrictions).

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related fields, including experience in Visual Basic or C++ with database programming.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience with HVAC Control Systems, Building Automation Systems, and Industrial Control Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, relevant codes, and mechanical standards.
Installation Skills: Ability to install control systems when necessary.
Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in networking control systems and software.
System Knowledge: Familiarity with BAS/BMS systems, including ALC, Andover, Tridium, Delta Controls, or similar.
Software Proficiency: Basic to advanced skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic Windows environment.
Mechanical Systems Experience: At least 3 years of experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC Control and VAV air systems.
Diagnostic Skills: Ability to diagnose issues in mechanical systems and controls.
Customer Interaction: Experience attending customer meetings, presenting control solutions, and providing technical clarifications.
