about the role
They are currently looking for a Total Reward Specialist to join them. You will play a key role in analysing, developing, implementing and managing our organisation's total rewards strategy and programs. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy
- Pay competitiveness and salary structure review
- Design customer-centric compensation and incentive programs
- Develop and execute implementation plan with market
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the Rewards Manager and working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 4 years of relevant working experience. You have knowledge on market & best practice benchmarks, compensation trends in relation to future of work. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
