about the job
- Develop channel-specific plans to drive volume, share, and profitability.
- Translate brand strategies into effective media-to-shelf executions for MT sales.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) launches in collaboration with key teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for MT channel commercial operations.
- Analyze the channel to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and evaluate campaigns, including thematic and festive promotions.
- Provide insights for demand forecasting and reflect sales trends.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 7+ years in Trade/Channel Marketing within FMCG, with team management experience.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Commercially savvy with experience in complex planning and execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Agile, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset.
