Job Description:
- Assume responsibility for the management of bank accounts, fund reconciliation, fund clearing, and the design of risk prevention and control programs.
- Lead the implementation of fund operation programs, overseeing fund clearing, accounting, reconciliation, and the deployment of various system solutions.
- Drive the standardization, optimization, and automation of fund operation business processes.
- Take charge of international customer asset business projects and system initiatives, including project tracking, new project implementation, and the enhancement of existing projects.
Job Requirements:
- Possess substantial experience in project management, emphasizing business process standardization, optimization, and automation, with a preference for candidates with this expertise.
- Accumulate over seven years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong background in fund clearing, settlement, and process management within the banking and financial institutions sector.
- Showcase proficiency in accounting, process management, and a keen awareness of risk control.
- Exhibit robust cross-department communication and coordination skills, coupled with an unwavering commitment to execution and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in team management will be given priority.
