Randstad is partnering with a well-known luxury brand and currently they are looking to hire a Visual Merchandising Manager as part of their growth strategy.

You will need to:
- Lead all communications of Global VM Guideline messages and key ideas.
- Create strong VM presentation that drives business, adapting Guidelines to the store architecture and business needs
- Strategize on key seasonal plans, push for category growth in support to the business needs.
- Collaborate with Regional VM and In-Store VM to support all VM workflows.
- Executing store visit and store audits regionally.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years working experience with Visual Merchandising background
- Candidate with fashion (bags, accessories and etc)/beauty/fragrance background will be perfectly match.
