Randstad has collaborated with multinational client who are established in retail and marketing avenues. In line with their business expansion plans, they are looking for a top-tier Warehouse Manager to be a part of their team.
duties and responsibility:
- Part of the pioneer team involved in the set up of the Distribution Centres in Malaysia
- Perform a detailed analysis on warehouse layout and inventory optimisation for a smooth running operations
- Involved in automation initiatives including IT implementation projects for proper flow of inventory is accurately recorded
- Initiate cost saving measures to ensure the Company’s financial goals are achieved
- Manage third party service providers by analyzing their KPIs and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is fulfilled
skill/experience:
- Strong background in Warehousing and Supply Chain Operations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a high-performance team
- Proven track record in DC setup
