duties and responsibility:

- Lead the Transport and Warehouse team to ensure maximum efficiency and turnover of transactions
- Identify areas for improvement by assessing daily operational activities
- Monitor inventory levels are accurately input and accounted for
- Manage the Transport team which includes accurate and efficient delivery of goods, maintenance of trucks for smooth delivery, route planning to account for transportation costs etc.
- Initiate cost saving measures to ensure the Company’s financial goals are achieved
- Manage third party service providers by analyzing their KPIs and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is fulfilled
skill/experience:
- Strong background in Warehousing and Supply Chain Operations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a high-performance team
- Strategic minded and able to deliver results
