Randstad has collaborated with a multinational client who are pioneers in providing end to end supply chain solutions to their customers. In line with their continuous business growth, they are looking for a top-tier Warehouse and Transport Manager to be a part of their team.

duties and responsibility:

• Lead the Transport and Warehouse team to ensure maximum efficiency and turnover of transactions
• Identify areas for improvement by assessing daily operational activities
• Monitor inventory levels are accurately input and accounted for
• Manage the Transport team which includes accurate and efficient delivery of goods, maintenance of trucks for smooth delivery, route planning to account for transportation costs etc.
• Initiate cost saving measures to ensure the Company’s financial goals are achieved
• Manage third party service providers by analyzing their KPIs and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is fulfilled

skill/experience:

• Strong background in Warehousing and Supply Chain Operations
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a high-performance team
• Strategic minded and able to deliver results
