about the job

- Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment.
- Build, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration.
- Create functional and technical systems documentation.
- Work cross-functionally to understand issues/deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity and security.
- Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimize existing reports.

You will work with different stakeholders, liasing with Key Business Users, other Functional & Technical Consultants with aim to improve current system with better workflow
about the requirements
- Those with 2-3 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those who has completed at least 1 full cycle end to end implementation on Workday system is preferred
- Those who is able to execute L2 & L3 support on Workday system is an added advantage
- Those with exposure working in an implementation partner / vendor / SI environments is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with experience with Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation is preferred
- Those with experience with Workday functional areas such as Learning and Prism is an added advantage but not compulsary
