about the company

Our client has been in the quarry business for over 20 years and are currently looking to expand their HR team.

about the role

  • This is a HR generalist role that will report directly to the HR Manager.
  • Responsible for the day to day HR operational activities which including payroll management, recruitment, performance management, training and development, disciplinary and counselling, leave management and employee relation.
  • To handle full spectrum HR administration.
  • To assist in developing and ensuring the compliance of the Company’s policies, procedures and rules and regulations by the employees.
  • To organise proper record keeping and filing of staff correspondences and documents.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on organisational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
  • To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management.
  • Please note that this company works alternate Saturdays (first and 3rd Saturday of the month)

requirements

  • You will need to have a minimum of 2 years working experience in HR (as a generalist)
  • Minimum qualification will be a Diploma for this role
