We are looking for an experienced business development consultant to join our growing technologies team

about the job

As a business development consultant, you responsible for identifying new business opportunities through sales activity and developing a portfolio of clients to contribute positively to revenue and business growth. You will achieve sales target through acquisition of new clients, delivery of high quality recruitment consultancy servicing and compliance with company policies and reporting processes.

main accountabilities

  • formulate a business development plan, together with the manager, to support the achievement of personal and team sales targets.
  • develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads within the Randstad Group.
  • proactively add relevant contacts per month that are coded to minimum standards
  • negotiate and sign new TOBs
  • generation and qualification of Job flow for the delivery team
  • support delivery consultant through client control and client management

skills and experience required

  • University degree or higher education discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years IT recruitment experience or strong IT background
  • Must consistently meet individual and team targets
  • KPI & sales activity driven
  • Must be able to work in a fast growing pace environment
  • Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
