about the company

Our client is a Bank Negara affiliated financing company locate at Kelana Jaya. This company was established in the mid 70's and is currently looking for the right talents to expand their HR team

about the role

This is a newly created role that will report in to the Head of L&D.


  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and evaluate the effectiveness and quality of training.
  • Familiar and knowledge in Training Needs Analysis, Individual Development Plan and e-Learning.
  • Deploy the implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)
  • Develop, monitor and track yearly planned soft skills training program calendar to support development and employee career needs.
  • Monitor and execute Knowledge Sharing activities by participants for all training programs
  • Sourcing and selection of vendors, including training providers
  • Managing the induction and on-boarding program for new comers
  • Handles administration matters eg. Training Attendance, Completion and Training Evaluations.

skills & experience

A successful candidate would have to have minimum 3 years of working experience in HR specializing in L&D.
