Human Resources, L&D Internship Advertisement

Randstad is currently looking for an intern to work within their Human Resource (HR), Learning & Development (L&D) Team.



We're offering Internship for Undergraduate / Diploma / Degree or equivalent majoring in Human Resource, Learning & Development, Business Studies, Management, Communication, Psychology, and other major are welcome to apply.

About your Role




* To assist in Human Resource, Learning & Development Department
* HR coordination in recruitment, staff benefit and insurance administration
* Coordinate the training calendar accordingly to ensure participation
* Coordinate the orientation programme for new staff
* Ensure that training happens effectively and training goals are met
* To maintain training the training room and its facilities are in good condition, and to manage training resources
* To update slides or training material as required
* To ensure that all filing for any HR, L&D correspondence is done in a timely and regular basis
* Prepare word, excel and powerpoint documents
* Any other task that assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor



Outline of Internship




* Focus on developing on-the-job skills: specific assignments in specific team
* Focus on developing professional attributes: team work and organizational structure understanding
* Focus on developing personal development: communication skills, customer focused and presentation skills

Skills and Experience




* Basic experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets
* Data Entry
* Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel
* Typing skills
* Office Management and Administration
* Ability to pick up technology and utilise multiple platforms quickly
* Highly motivated
* Eager to learn new things
* Mature minded with accountability for your own work
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and one other Asian language
